Holistic Coaching

Holistic coaching means looking at you as a whole person. Not only focusing on specific challenges or symptoms, but also exploring what lies beneath them and how different areas of your life are connected.

We work with four key dimensions: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Within this approach, there is also space for the inner child — the younger parts within you that may still carry certain emotions, patterns, or needs, and are ready to be seen with gentleness and care.

When these aspects are gently brought into balance, there is often more space for self-awareness, personal growth, and inner peace to unfold.

From this wider and softer perspective, you are supported in coming back into alignment with yourself.

Mindfulness Training

Mindfulness training helps you become more present in the moment and gently aware of your thoughts, feelings, and bodily sensations as they arise.

With this practice, there is often more space to step out of automatic patterns, which can help reduce stress, improve focus, and support a deeper sense of inner peace in daily life.

NEI Practitioner

Emotions and stress can sometimes become stored in the nervous system when they are not fully processed in the moment.

Over time, these unresolved emotional responses may show up in the body, influence how you feel physically, or play a role in certain behavioural patterns.

By gently bringing awareness to these patterns and allowing them to be released, the body and mind can find their way back to balance.

Rates

At Kwatta Coaching, we offer flexible rates to meet different needs:

  • Intake Session (60 minutes): Free
  • Individual Coaching Session (90 minutes): €70 per session
  • Package of 6 Sessions: €400
  • Mindfulness Group Course (8 weeks): €560 per person
  • NEI Therapy: we offer this for free at the moment, due to being trained in this practice. 

 

Payment can be done in advance per session or in advance for a package. Sessions include coffee/tea and materials.
