Holistic Coaching

Holistic coaching involves approaching a person as a whole. This means not only addressing specific complaints or challenges but also exploring their underlying causes and the connections between various areas of life. Four dimensions are central to holistic coaching: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By bringing these aspects into balance, individuals create space for personal growth, self-awareness, and inner peace.

Mindfulness Training

Mindfulness training teaches you to live consciously in the moment and to pay attention to your thoughts and feelings. This practice helps reduce stress, improve concentration, and enhance inner peace.

Rates

At Kwatta Coaching, we offer flexible rates to meet different needs:

  • Intake Session (60 minutes): Free
  • Individual Coaching Session (90 minutes): €70 per session
  • Package of 6 Sessions: €400
  • Mindfulness Group Course (8 weeks): €560 per person

Payment can be done in advance per session or in advance for a package. Sessions include coffee/tea and materials.
